Where we bring you the very best of our pork roasts. All our roasts are marinated in the freshest ingredients from local wet markets and are free from additives & preservatives.
1. Our Babi Guling remake is adapted from the Balinese version - the same spices and herbs for the rempah but with slabs of pork belly roasted Sio Bak style
2. Our Lechon belly roll is marinated for two nights and roasted for at least 3 hours to give you a moist succulent bite and a smooth crackling
Because our roasts are marinated for at least 2 nights in the chiller, we would need at least 3 days’ advanced notice to prep your roasts.
